1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an account with pjwin. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. pjwin reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any account balance.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The services provided by pjwin are exclusively available to individuals who are physically located within the territorial jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines at the time of access. Users accessing the Website from outside the Philippines are strictly prohibited from registering or playing real-money games. pjwin employs geolocation technology to verify user location and reserves the right to void any bets, winnings, or transactions conducted from prohibited jurisdictions.

2.3 Account Registration

Creating or operating multiple accounts, whether under different names, email addresses, or otherwise, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all account balances and winnings. pjwin employs fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

2.5 Prohibited Users

The following individuals are prohibited from registering or using pjwin services:

• Individuals under 21 years of age
• Individuals located outside the Philippines
• Employees, directors, officers, consultants, or agents of pjwin or its affiliated companies
• Immediate family members of any of the above
• Individuals who have previously had their accounts terminated by pjwin for breach of Terms
• Individuals on self-exclusion lists maintained by pjwin or PAGCOR
• Individuals acting on behalf of or in collusion with other players

3. User Obligations and Conduct

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. You agree to immediately notify pjwin if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.

3.2 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and thereafter is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any game, bonus, promotion, or technical vulnerability
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or other software to access or interact with the Website
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of fraudulent activity with other users
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your geographic location
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive source code from the Website

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website or other user accounts
• Using the Website to launder money or finance illegal activities

3.4 Responsible Gaming

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and should be undertaken for entertainment purposes only. You agree to gamble responsibly within your financial means and to use the responsible gaming tools provided by pjwin, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. pjwin reserves the right to impose limitations on your account if we determine that your gaming behavior is problematic or excessive.

4. Financial Terms

4.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your pjwin account using the payment methods made available on the Website, including GCash, PayMaya, and approved Philippine banks. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon successful processing, subject to verification by our payment processors.

All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases where pjwin determines, in its sole discretion, that an error has occurred. pjwin does not charge fees for deposits, but third-party payment processors may impose their own fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified with valid identification documents
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses or promotions
• Withdrawals are processed using the same method as your deposit, unless otherwise agreed
• Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100; maximum withdrawal per transaction is PHP 500,000
• Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours during business days
• pjwin reserves the right to conduct additional verification procedures for large withdrawals

pjwin does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Additional withdrawals may incur a processing fee of 2% of the withdrawal amount or PHP 50, whichever is greater.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

If you do not log in to your account or place any bets for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months, your account will be classified as dormant. pjwin reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of PHP 200 or 10% of the remaining balance, whichever is less, beginning in the thirteenth month of inactivity. Dormancy fees will be deducted monthly until the account balance reaches zero or until the account is reactivated through login and play activity.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

pjwin is committed to preventing money laundering and complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We reserve the right to conduct verification checks on all users and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Users engaging in suspected money laundering activities will have their accounts immediately suspended and funds frozen pending investigation.

5. Games and Betting

5.1 Game Rules

Each game available on pjwin is governed by specific rules, paytables, and terms displayed within the game interface. You agree to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. pjwin is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to understand game rules or mechanics.

5.2 Random Number Generation

5.3 Bet Acceptance

In the event of a system malfunction, technical error, or software defect that affects game outcomes or bet settlement, pjwin reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stake amounts. All winnings resulting from malfunctions or errors are void and will not be honored. pjwin's liability in such cases is limited to the return of the original stake amounts.

5.5 Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes or bet settlement, pjwin's decision is final and binding. All game results are recorded on our servers, and these records shall serve as the ultimate authority in resolving disputes. You agree to accept pjwin's determination of game outcomes and dispute resolutions.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

pjwin may offer bonuses, promotions, or other incentives from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. pjwin's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the twelve (12) month period preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

The Website and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. pjwin does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless pjwin, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, costs, claims, and demands, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting pjwin customer support. Upon termination, you must withdraw all funds from your account within thirty (30) days. After this period, pjwin reserves the right to charge dormancy fees as outlined in Section 4.3.

11.2 Termination by pjwin

pjwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
• We determine that continued service poses a risk to pjwin or other users
• Your account has been inactive for more than twenty-four (24) months

Upon termination, your right to use the Website ceases immediately. pjwin may, at its discretion, refund any remaining account balance minus any amounts owed to pjwin for fees, chargebacks, or damages. Funds associated with fraudulent activity or breach of Terms may be forfeited.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be instituted in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website, you agree to first contact pjwin customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution.

12.3 Arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration.

13. PAGCOR Compliance

pjwin operates under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming operations are conducted in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and oversight. Players who have disputes that cannot be resolved through pjwin's customer support or arbitration process may file complaints with PAGCOR in accordance with applicable regulations.

pjwin is required to report certain information to PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities as required by law. You consent to such reporting and disclosure as necessary to comply with regulatory obligations.

14. Miscellaneous Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and pjwin regarding your use of the Website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

14.5 Force Majeure

pjwin shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government regulations, internet service provider failures, or power outages.

14.6 Language

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
